My CV
I enjoy working in a calm, focused way, with a strong emphasis on quality and clear structure. My social sensitivity helps me quickly understand situations and expectations, though I prefer direct, transparent communication without noise. I like organising information clearly and reducing complexity into overview and actionable steps.
I am naturally curious and autodidactic: I easily dive into new systems or concepts and learn them by building and experimenting. Reflection plays a central role in my work—regularly examining what can be improved, simplified, or made more consistent, both in my workflow and the solutions I create. Integrity and care are natural for me: I say what I do, I do what I say, and I’d rather work slowly and well than quickly and carelessly.
In collaboration, I seek efficiency and clarity: aligning when needed, focusing where possible. My presence is grounded, calm, and engaged; I enjoy working in a way that leaves room for autonomy, deep work, and results-oriented decision-making.
